Thort.space web version now supports a description text for each sphere, and a YouTube ID to link to a related YouTube video from the search list

Hopefully the pictures below are fairly self-explanatory.
(1) Fill in the description text and YouTube ID then click the Tick next to box.
(2) The description and the link to the YouTube video will then appear on the public spheres list and search lists on https://Thort.space as showing below.
