I think the way humans tend to rate each other is on the basis of their skills — some people can do things, and some people can’t do those things — and there is some merit in this way of rating people — it’s a good way to choose a surgeon. But possibly a more constructive way to rate people is on the basis of their intentions — some people are up to something good, and some people aren’t. However, neither side of this is necessarily always obvious or easily measurable.
